Player Rights
- A player has a right to play two games in a season
- A player has the right to request a release off the manager or co manager
- A player has the right to request a transfer off the manager or co manager
- A player has the right to start a manger vote out in the teams lounge
Manager Rights
- A manager has the right to release players at any point
- A manager has the right to sign players at any point
- A manager has the right to have four co managers
- A manager has the right to bench any players as long the player plays two games
- A manager has unlimited releases and loans
Forum rules
- Any abuse to members or staff with result in a harsh punishment
- XPL does not tolerate any kind of rascism, This will be dealt with harshly
Refusing To play
- If a player Is caught refusing to play it could result into a season ban to a permanent ban
- If a manager refuses to play the game, he/she will be banned and the club will be offered to the co-manager
Match Fixing
- If a player is caught match fixing, the players involved will be banned permanently.
Transfer Window Rules
- A player can only be sold up to a maximum of double their base value
- A player can not be sold for under half of there value
- A player can only be sold if they have played a minimum of 4 games
- A player can only be sold if both managers or co managers confirm
- A player can be loaned out at any time
- A player can only be loaned out for a minimum duration of a season
- Loaned players can be called back
Match Reports
- Teams sheet must be 10 minutes before kick off
- Stats must be up within an hour of the game finishing or no stats will be taken
- Players must be signed thirty minutes before the game is due to start, to be allowed to play
- A team may request up to fifteen minutes
- Putting false stats will result in a match ban and no stats will be taken for your team that game
Stepping Down As Manager
- A manager has to play 4 games before stepping down
- A manager has to find a replacement
- The replacement has to be either a free agent or in their team
- If the manager does not find a replacement he/she will be banned and the team members will be asked to take over first.
Manager vote out
- A player has the right to start a vote out in the team lounge
- For the vote out to be confirmed the team must have a replacement ready
- The manager vote out must have 70% of the roster to confirm for it to go through
- Players can be signed but not released during a manager vote out
- The vote out can only go on for 24hours

- Five at the back is allowed, so is park the bus, however if a team is caught using Park the bus for more than 20 minutes (In Game Time), the opposition will be given a default win
- No time wasting
- No shouting abuse in gamechat.
- Must have four players
